Green Movies

14 01 2010

‘The Must-See Environmental Movies of the Decade’ according to Huffinton Post readers: Wall-E, Children of Men, Erin Brockovich, The Road and There Will Be Blood.

I’m surprised there’s no mention of the excellent Blue Vinyl or Winged Migration. And no place for the seminal An Inconvenient Truth or box-office success The Day After Tomorrow.

Personal favourites of mine from the current and the last century: Koyaanisqatsi, Grapes of Wrath, A Civil Action, The Constant Gardener, Fern Gully, Princess Mononoke and Soylent Green.
